AI for Energy Transition APAC 2026 (#AIETA2026) welcomes journalists and media representatives to apply for a Press Pass, providing access to the event to report on key discussions, announcements, and insights across various media platforms.

Qualified members of the press—including reporters, editors, publishers, photojournalists, and freelance writers—are eligible for a complimentary Media Pass to cover the conference. Freelance journalists must present a commissioning letter on official letterhead from a recognized news organization or publication.

Accredited press at AIETA2026 will gain:

  • Comprehensive access to all 2-day Strategic and Technical Conference sessions

  • Exclusive insights into the latest AI-driven strategies accelerating the energy transition

  • Direct engagement with global thought leaders, innovators, and decision-makers shaping the future of clean energy

We kindly request media representatives to complete an online application form to be considered for a Press Pass. Our event team will review each submission thoroughly, and while we aim to accommodate as many applicants as possible, please note that we reserve the right to decline applications if necessary. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you at the event.
